Weather Changes

While the UK are enjoying their slowly increasing freedom out in the sunshine, Australia is slipping into its cold winter season. Actually it feels more like we're falling into it at the deep end...ITS COLD! With the cold comes the flu, and I've been hit hard; please pray this clears up soon!

Sad News

Unfortunately, due to a rise in cases on the east coast, Jared and I had to postpone our trip to see his family in New South Wales. We're both pretty sad, but we'll be rescheduling for another date soon! In the mean time, this has opened up our calendars to be able to do some different things here in Perth.

Winter Camp

YWAM Perth runs two youth camps each year, Summer of Service of which I was apart of the staff team in January, and Winter Camp which is coming up next week. Thanks to our friend covid keeping me here in WA, I am now able to join the staff in encouraging young people in their walk with Jesus, and giving them a fun filled week. Many of you will know MCYC has always had a huge place in my heart. Camp was where I finally realised that God doesn't have grandchildren, and I committed my life to Him. It is the place where I made countless friends, memories, and learnt about the Fathers love for me. Youth camps are incredibly impactful, and I am so excited to be a part of this upcoming one. In order for me to staff winter camp this year it will cost me $278. If you feel you can give towards this I would be so grateful. You can find details about how to give below.

Due to a couple of covid cases in WA, there is a chance that the camp could be cancelled, so please keep this in your prayers. These kids need Jesus!

Finances

As you probably know, I am a full time volunteer with YWAM Perth, a position for which I am not paid. My income comes from my beautiful and wonderful support team, friends and family who give to me on a monthly basis which allows me to live here in Australia, and do my ministry. The support I receive goes towards my ministry contribution to YWAM, rent, utilities, groceries, and any personal spends such as clothes, coffee and cold and flu meds! I wouldn't be able to live here and do what I do without Gods provision through His people, and I am incredibly thankful. I want to take this opportunity to invite you to be a part of all that I am doing here! Camera Work

In my previous blog post I mentioned that I had recently come into possession of a camera to which I needed to find and fund new lenses. I was able to purchase two lenses that in my opinion are pretty sweet! Thankyou to those who gave towards them, your gifts were a huge help. All of the photos throughout this post have been thanks to this camera and those lenses, hope you enjoy!

Being here in Australia is a huge blessing, and I am continuously thankful for Gods calling and His provision in that. Thanks for reading friends!
