Patience is a virtue

Over the last 6 months I have definitely learnt to be patient. From long layovers to long lockdowns, I've found myself in the rhythm of having plenty of time on my hands and more often than not it's been extra time that I haven't particularly wanted. I often find myself wanting to speed ahead to the next thing; slowing down has never been a huge strength of mine. Now that things here in WA are essentially back to normality, I'm finding

the importance of balancing my time and being patient. Because I am such a "million miles an hour" kind of person, learning to slow down has been challenging but so incredibly fruitful; I am definitely seeing the benefits in more ways than one! I think the biggest thing this season has taught me is that relationships don't work at a million miles an hour like I do, and if I want to be invested in people then I need to pump the breaks and take my time with them, especially when it comes to my relationship with the Father.
And with that, on to some updates:

PTX has been thriving! At the start of this month we had Ivan join our team, and he has been hard at work building our social media presence on all platforms, which has included us having a fun little photoshoot in the city. Ivan is from Columbia, and we have recently been working on some English / Spanish songs! It's been a really fruitful season for us as we have been able to write and record so many more songs; we are so excited to share them with you all in the near future.

The biggest testimony from our ministry by far however, is that last month Anna and Jerome welcomed the beautiful baby Tehila into the world! She is so beautiful and we are so happy for them; we also LOVE having a baby in the ministry!

Recently Humility & Hunger ministry have been running online conferences every Sunday night for 4 different nations. So far they have done Indonesia, South Korea and the USA, with this Sundays conference being hosted for Australia. They have seen lots of people sign in to watch and its been awesome to witness the way that God is using them to connect to the nations, even in the middle of a global pandemic!
I want to extend a huge thank you for your prayers over my health. Recently I have had less trouble with both my voice and my back, and I am putting a lot of that down to your covering over me! Over the next couple of weeks I plan to look into medicare (health cover), which will allow me access to a GP, where I can enquire about any other issues, and also seek further answers and help about my back troubles. I would love your continued prayer over me!
Prayer requests:
My health (voice + back)
Anna, Jerome & Tehila as they adjust to their new family life
H&H as they host their final online conference
More creativity for me in my songwriting
